#7 Griswold Waffle Iron

Got a Griswold American #7 Waffle Iron (no base) from parents.
Very good shape, just need cleaned up and re-seasoned.

Bottom says:

AMERICAN
No. 7
PATT. No. 140'

Has standard cross emblem in center surrounded by 2 circular ridges and GRISWOLD across middle.

PAT'D. July 11, 1922

Is this at all rare?
Not finding any #7's online with this patent date, found some with the 1902 patent.

Cannot post pics due to oversize. Any easy solution?
 
8s are most common, followed by 9s. 6s and 7s are less often seen. The p/n on that series' #7 pans should be 146. There are also p/n 146N pans with the updated handle style.

Re: Too large images need to be resized so that their filesize is under 2MB. Current DSLRs and smartphone cameras take images far larger than necessary or practical for forum purposes. If phone camera settings can't produce a small enough image size, often emailing them (to yourself) will have a selection to downsize with bandwidth considerations in mind. Of course, too small images typically aren't helpful, either.

It is a 146. Misread it on a bad photo.
So it is somewhat less common.
No plan to sell but wondering range of restored value for a very good condition pan like this?
Also, I take it the bottoms are find?
 
A complete set with high base went for $220 last month on eBay. One would hope to pay less, of course. Your best bet for finding a base is the pattern numbers for the four variations: 147, 148, 149, 150, as they may or may not say Griswold on them, but will certainly have the p/n.
