Aloha,
I'm really thrilled to find this site, staggering amount of information in it and the friendly and knowledgeable responses to member questions. We have four pieces of cast iron which have been in our family for four generations. Two different sized skillets we use nearly every day. And one of them (a Vollrath I believe based on an earlier members question and pictures) we cleaned and seasoned using the directions on this site. To great success!! I'm looking forward to posting pictures about the others in the near future.
