Being cooked in my newly acquired Wagner 1891 series 2 quart bean pot.
Ingedients:
Cooked in smoker for 7 hours at 225 with a pork butt. I might throw in some homemade BBQ rub in if it seems a little bland. I do not measure, thus no amounts.
I would love to see other recipes.

- 2 cans beans, pork n beans, and black - rinsed & drained
- 1/4 lb homemade breakfast sausage
- onion
- green peppers
- ketchup
- mustard
- brown sugar
- thyme
- salt
- pepper
- Cooked bacon on top
