My mom know i collect cast iron so she picked this one up for me at a shop in Mississippi. I just cant identify it. Can someone help. I didn't get a chance to clean it up yet either.

There is a C&H (California & Hawaii) sugar company that has been around since the turn of the century (1906) that may have had some sort of design for making sugar cubes. Looks like the tabs are machine drilled for a bolt perhaps with a lid that may have been tightened to create a pressure type vessel.
This is only a guess and I have no concrete means to I.D. your piece.
