Yes, although the lid is marked as if for a skillet or dutch oven. Not sure if the same lid was supplied with stew pans; old catalogs don't specifically say. Illustrations show this same type lid with a stew pan and call it a "low cover", which, where listed separately, says "size-for-size interchangeable " for skillets, DOs and flat bottom kettles.
