Do you think this is from Griswold?

This was sold to me as a Griswold piece but I'm finding nothing in the BB or the RB. I even checked the Wagner listings thinking it may have been made by Wagner from a Griswold pattern. But nothing.

The pictures I had to view were completely crusted with red rust, inside and out, and the markings were barely visible.
But this is what I found when I got it completely stripped and began seasoning.

No pattern number kinda makes me think it's not really Griswold. So, I thought I'd ask the experts.

In my opinion, it's not turning out too bad considering what I started with. Regardless of who made it.

Thanks for any input.

Not Griswold. Even with a #23 model number there would still be a pattern number. Wagner didn't make a pan in this configuration. Lodge made a #23 breadstick, but it was a 6-stick pan.
