Gate Marked Skillet ID Please

Any help with foundry and approximate date of manufacture would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The style looks much later than what one would expect for a bottom-gated skillet, suggesting a recast. Are there artifacts of grinding at points around the outer rim of the top?

I don't see any around the rim. I do see grinding around the curved areas where the handle attaches to the the skillet.

That would confirm a recast, since there would be no reason to grind at those points on the rim on a bottom-gated pan. The grind marks were in the pan used as the pattern, and were transferred to this pan.
