Griswold fruit and lard press 10Qt

My family; grandparents, stuffed sausage with this press years ago. I want to do it again but there is not a nozzle. How do I attach a nozzle. there is only small trough coming out. Is there some kind of adapter to go in the inside or a special nozzle? HELP

Old Griswold catalogs and household kitchen appliance bulletins don't show any such attachment for a fruit & lard press. There are, however, stuffing adapter nozzles for the larger food & meat choppers. Perhaps their use of the press was only part of the process.
