Heat Damage, Wall Hanger?

So I know it is hard to tell in a photo, however eyeing a Piqua and there is definitely some damage, pitting and rust.

There is a section that appears almost barn red, not orangey/gritty/brownish. This is distinctly more brick reddish.

Anyone with more experience, please advise!!! It's part of a lot.... Afraid one handle on another unmarked piece has the same red hue.

I am suspicious this is heat damage.

Wall hanger? Anyone have any luck selling wall hangers?
