Help with ID flat bottom kettle

My father just picked this up. He is in need of help with what it is. He has no idea of age, maker, or value. He’s a flea market picker who has fun with CI. TIA!

Are the markings incised, or raised and just peeking through the crud?

Dad isn’t a computer guy. It would kill him to use google on his phone as well. I haven’t been able to find anything like it myself tho. Saturday and Sundays are his go to flea market days. I will be hit with a flurry of pics in the next two days asking me what something is worth lol.

Not sure about this one, but I have seen kettles go for like 75 up to 250. hose were marked tho with a maker.
