Gave this Buttermilk Biscuit recipe a whirl last night and was thrilled with how they turned out! Followed it pretty much to a 'T' (found that 1 3/4 cup of buttermilk seemed to be the 'sweet spot' on the consistency needed), and was surprised that they tasted almost exactly like Cracker Barrel's biscuits (which I LOVE).
