Pretty simple.
10-15 Brussel Sprouts. 1/4 to 1/8 inch slices.
Heat a few tablespoons of olive (not xtra virgin, toss in extra virgin after) oil in skillet over medium to high heat. Add brussel sprouts and saute turning occasionally until slightly browned and crispy. About 8 to 10 minutes. Add a little oil half way through if the pan dries out. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy. I cooked a little longer after the picture was taken. And cooked in my newly restored 3 notch lodge #8
