Unmarked #3 hammered cast iron skillet

I bought this one on eBay for $17. May have overpaid… but thought it was cool. Hammered double spouts #3. Very smooth cooking surface. That’s all I know. Any way to ID this?
The pics are of it down to almost bare metal. Sorry my nails are dirty from scrubbing pans after e-tank.

That "dot" under the handle could be a clue. I've seen that before.
