Wagner Maslin Kettle?

Hello.
I just purchased this #9 Wagner Ware Sidney O, Flat Bottom Kettle. It has about a 10.25″ opening, is about 4.5″ deep, the bale handle mounts are riveted on and there is aside ring within an 1.5″ from the opening.

There are 3 things I think are odd about this kettle. 1) The bale handle mounts are riveted on. 2) The side ring is so close to the opening, not in the middle. 3) It is only about 4.5″deep.

Does the side ring placement and dept denote a Maslin Kettle?
Does any own a Wagner Flat Bottom Kettle where bale handle mounts are riveted on?
Any idea of its value?

Thanks Eunice

The rivets and ring position are indeed odd, but Wagner maslin kettles of the same time frame are marked as such, have heat rings, and are designated in quarts rather than by stove eye numbers. The assist ring on them is just under an assist tab at the top rim.
