2 Waffle Iron Bases

Any thoughts on what would work in this base? I have two in this style, I'm assuming a size 6 and an 8. There's no markings on either, except that the 6 has "WH" underneath the hinge socket (for lack of a better word) and the 8 has "CH".

Is that the bottom or the top of the first one?
The second one looks like a typical 'ball' joint waffle iron... the ball goes in the rounded section and the handles are opposite... usually there would be a spot on the sides for the pin... but that would be about where the bail attaches.

MikeZ, check out page 75 of the red book, top of the page lists a base marked CH, I have one as well, came with a griswold iron I bought, didn't realize it was a mismatch until I bought it and started researching, lesson learned
