A little help please

Marked 3 on the handle ...smooth bottom ...only mark on the bottom is italicized 4.... Unmarked Wagner ?????? Maybe ...what do u guys think?

Handle not at all right for Wagner. Maybe someone's copy using a BSR as basis for a pattern. Bottom unevenness indicates alteration done there.

Edit: After seeing the top, maybe not BSR, but still looks like altered copy.
