Advertising Ash Trays

I have an older cast iron ash tray from a locally owned motel. The handle has a rounded groove along the top. The bottom of the handle has a BRS type ridge. Also has a 3 on the bottom of the handle.

It's nothing special, just would appreciate knowing who made it and when...

I would say it is highly likely BSR made it.

I have one identical to the picture, but mine has no markings top or bottom, but the handle is identical.
