Aluminum waffle

I recently picked upand aluminum Wagner waffle iron. I bought it for the base. But since I have it, I mynas will restore it. Same process as cast-iron? E tank, normal seasoning?

Totally different. With a waffle iron, you may want to try to find some Dawn Power Dissolver. If you can remove the handles without damage, a trip thru a short SCO cycle usually works.
