An unusual Vollrath find.

My son picked up a WW2 era canteen at an antique dealer recently that was manufactured by Vollrath. Could this be the same manufacturer of Vollrath CI? The cup is made by Ingersoll.

Yep. Same manufacturer. Vollrath is still in business. They just don't make CI any more and I'm sure the canteen was a war time contract.

Vollrath also makes cooking utensils and a huge assortment of aluminum, stainless, and carbon steel cookware. Just no CI. :sad:
