Incised 7 on handle top view. Bottom 2' mark ?

Kinda looks foreign or recast.

Are there grinding marks around the outside rim of the pan? It looks similar to a recast I had, there was evidence of a casting sprue underneath and no grinding marks around the rim, indicating that it was bottom-cast.

Grinding marks around rim, very smooth interior. Looks like a sprue remnant on right side of handle.
