Any Help on Identifying This Griddle Would Be Awesome

I bought this griddle the other day for a friend of mine who wanted me to clean it up for him. I originally thought it was just some grimey old griddle until I pulled it out of the E tank and I noticed it has what it looks like enamel or porcelain finish on it. I can't find any information online about who may have made it. Do you have any suggestions?

It's probably just a part of some multi-piece set that something else attaches to them.
