Any Ideas on This Bean Pot?

Bought with a lid I do not think came with it originally. Any ideas on the maker of this bean pot?

It really helps if you show where the bail attaches to the pan (ears). I doubt that anyone will be able to identify that one unless the bail attachment is unique.
