Any Ideas What This Is?

no idea.

that combination of inset heat ring and long, ribbed curved handle throws off any ideas I can come up with. then throw in the offset placement of the size up high like that... I'm at a loss.

I think the curved handle will be the key to identification... but I've never seen one quite like that.
