Anyone know this unbranded 10-1/2” Pan?

Trying to determine manufacturer and age. only marking is the 8 and V on the handle.
its since been stripped completely to bare metal, but no markings on the bottom.

Appreciate any input…

These are seen with different symbols under the size number. A maker has not been identified. They are not BSR or CHF. They are also seen in hammered finish, but are not the same as those called "hammered ugly unknown". There are some similar with heat rings and a pointed handle, but the profile of the underside of the handle is different.

I placed this in a Cast Iron group I'm in. This was what one person said.
