anyone recognize these dutch oven lids?

All I have to go on right now is the tops... but they are 'unusual'... I don't recognize the indented handle thing. I won't be able to see the bottoms until tomorrow evening. Just kind of wondering if they are worth my time to go look at in more detail.

Asian import.

that's what I was afraid of... I knew I didn't recognize them... there appears to be a lot of 'unusual' cast iron items at this monday night auction tomorrow.

I'm assuming the wooden handle skillets/griddle are asian as well.
looks like a little bsr, some rusty newer lodge stuff, some of the rolled steel handle skillets... there is a an older outside heat ring skillet and an older griddle... I'll probably still go just to get a better look at them. unless someone here collects Taiwan skillets?

there is a few that look interesting. the one directly above the non red handled grinder, and the 2 above the bsr. hard to tell much.

yeah, those were the ones I wanted to get a better look at... this is a strange little monday night consignment auction that I've been to a few times... some junk... but sometimes they have something worth taking a chance on and hoping that everything is ok under the crud... I bought a couple of arc logo wagners and two or three gate marked 'fancy handle' pans at this place in the past and one griswold heat ring EPU that was rusty but cleaned up beautifully. Also the outside heat ring pan in the first pic and the round griddle. I think the small one with the outside heat ring is a #5... I saw it last week on a table of things they were prepping for this week... all I could see on the bottom was just a '5' on it, I think the 5 was at 6 o'clock... it seemed flat and not pitted... the other rusty lodge stuff I didn't see before.

Good luck, Doug. I'd love to find "your" auction.:chuckle: Actually, some of my nicest antiques have come from such auctions, and at very good prices--a place to buy, not to sell, obviously!

Follow up from the auction. The lids I originally posted went to the two taiwan wooden handled skillets. The only pans I bought were the outside heat ring #5 from the one pic and what appears to be a single notch lodge #5 for $8 each.

I'll post pics when I get them cleaned up enough to see all the bottoms.
