Are These Plated?

Just picked up a nice set of small logo griswold skillets. Pretty sure the #4 is plated, not sure what finish it is though. Also the #10 looks a little bright, it’s so hard to tell if it’s just bright iron or if it’s indeed plated. If they are plated how should I go about restoring them? To be honest I’m not a fan of plated cast iron and would prefer to take it back to bare cast iron if possible.

Plating extremely doubtful on SBL late handle skillets. Sandblasted maybe? Small pics, hard to tell. Removing plating is not cost-effective. For chrome, the iron would have been polished in ways not done on bare iron versions, so what's underneath is not the same.
 
Hmmm, ok. I’ll try to use imgur and get better pictures, but if it’s doibtful I suppose I’ll just throw it in the e-tank and see what happens?
 
The #5 and 10 are definitely not plated. Not sure what's up with the #4 but it doesn't really look sandblasted either.
