Which one are you looking at? The restored one on ebay, or the one in your photo? If it's the one in your photo, I'd take a good hard look at it and make sure the rust hasn't pitted it to badly. You might want to bring a small, soft wire brush, or a 3M scrubby pad and ask the seller if you could rub off some of the rust to see if it's pitted and how bad..

Collectible? Anything is collectible. You're talking to a bunch of people who collect cast iron.
