Blacklock?

This doesn't seem to fit the generally accepted description of a "possible Blacklock." What y'all think?

It's hard to draw any definite conclusions from artist illustrations. They could either have been commissioned or from printer stock. Too bad there's not a photo showing proud foundry workers standing in front of a building with a Blacklock sign on it, holding their actual products.
