BSR 11.25" Breakfast Griddle at work over the weekend.

I picked up this BSR last year at an estate sale. 1970s vintage. It works wonders on pancakes, pizza, big cookies, French toast.

Nice - I've got one of their smaller square skillets heading my way; one of these days I should track down one of those larger breakfast griddles...

I also like your fish turner spatula - I too have found those to be great general purpose spatulas, not just for fish...

This was pizza last night with the same griddle. Hard to buy frozen or take out when ya roll your own dough and toss it in a CI griddle and get this result!!!View attachment 1

Yea I picked up that spatula at a restaurant supply. I has wood handles.
