BSR or Atlanta stove works

i found this in a mini storage it has a 6 on the lid and a 3 qt on the bottom of the pan?

I would call it BSR.

Probably right about the middle of that range. I have a skillet lid with an older style handle that has that type of dimpling, and a lid with the same style handle as yours, but with the later, smaller dimples.
