Just dropped it into the lye bath next to the Griswold small block 9 and 10. They're nice but just too small When I got married to my wife she had this blunderbuss that I resurrected and since I've gotten the bug so to speak I've been wanting to replace it. The biggest skillets I've come across so far have been #10's and with our family they just were never big enough to replace the yes the Avid Outdoor

I finally found the replacement bigger and probably about 2 lbs. lighter

I've got a "Sidney" No. 9 like that. It's a very light skillet. You'll love cooking in it.
