Sometimes I have found some interesting things posted on U-Tube so here is one that most cast iron enthusiasts might enjoy. Even though it is a British made film it gives a good idea how our skillets and other cooking pieces were done by hand.

Sorry Doug....I am sure I have visited that portion of our info but probably didn't play any of the video's.
Maybe a lesson for all of us to use these tools you have so gracefully provided.
