Cast Iron Press, Lard, Sausage, Cider, 1850's

Found in an abandoned storage shed in Virginia, USA. 1850's Enterprise Mfg. Sausage Press, complete and in good clean working order. I thought this was a pretty cool cast iron gadget.

They are neat. And ya can still make good sausage with'em!

And a prettied up 2 qt. one with a different type of gear.

I bought an Enterprise stuffer years ago with all the parts and a bench it is mounted on for $75.00 Have made lots of sausage with it.
