Cast Iron Saucepan ID Help

Any ideas? I found this at a Thrift store and I'm a bit lost. The lid has a 3-4, with the 3 above the four.

Everything seems quite Lodge like, except the smooth bottom, to me. That other photo of the bottom of the lid, with the dimples, says BSR, though. Based on that and the numbers on the lid, and the position of the number on the bottom of the pan, I'll say BSR.
