Sorry the Vollrath statement was meant for a different posting... But, if that Vollrath ends up with a ghost image wouldn't we be surprise! I love the CHF skillet, I have my first CHF in the lye tank, might be able to clean it tomorrow. These CHF skillets are great! Post some pics when you get yours cleaned up....
