Chicken Fryers Identification

I picked up two chicken Fryers at an auction. Both appear to be Griswold Iron Mountain. The pans are the same, but the lids are different. One lid matches the description in the Cast Iron Collector identification section (raised size number on top, part number on underside, broken and staggard basting rings. The lid in the picture has an incised, rather than raised, "No-8" and no other markings. Basting rings look like Griswold. Different manufacturer or early/late/off-brand product? Thanks! Rick

Griswold-made items will always have a pattern number, so those here that don't are someone's copy using IM pans for patterns. The photo on the left appears to have some kind of marking at 12 o'clock on the bottom?

Genuine IM chicken fryers do have Chicken Pan inscribed on them, but not in that style. They also have heat rings. I'm having trouble remembering, but it seems there was a known maker who used IM pans as patterns, it's just escaping me at the moment.
