CI Dampers

Going through my recent auction lot purchases I found this CI damper marked as follows: " Reversible Made in USA 8 in Damper / Early American 8 in ASW Inc." It does look like it has been painted flat black. Does anyone collect these?

I have several Griswold ones of different sizes. I bought them for $1-$2 each over the last couple of years just because they were cheap.Turns out I paid about what they're worth. No resell market at all.
