Thanks in advance for your help.
I just got a 3rd series erie that is in pretty good shape. No nasty gritty buildup for the most part and overall the skillet looks pretty good. However, the logo is filled in bit with old seasoning, particularly the quotes, and I was wondering if there is a way to remove to strip down some of the old seasoning without taking it all the way to bare metal, which seems like a loss to me for this particular pan.

What would you guys do with this pan?
