Common or uncommon find

Found this Saturday. Is it a common or uncommon find? Original tag was True Value Hardware. Price was torn off. Thoughts and comments welcome.

Probably more chance of being encountered than a Sidney -O- marked version in an original sleeve. This one has "Made In USA" on it? With the GHC on the label it must.
 
You are right Doug, made in the USA on bottom. After reading some Wagner history this pan could be as new as 1999. Does this info sound about right?
