Copy or What?

A Martin skillet with a notched heat ring is not unknown. One is shown in the red book, pg. 205. All those seen appear to be #3s, #5s, and #8s. The handles on these are certainly consistent with Martin, so it does not appear a Lodge pattern was copied outright.

My RB is out on loan at the moment but understand about the notches. Was mainly comparing the size of the #3 and also the #2 just below the arced Martin logo.

Called my friend that has my book and according to him it is a legit piece so disregard my question. I only have a couple pieces of the Martin C.I. and don't study it enough to be versed in it. Like I've always said this site is absolutely the best when it comes to C.I.
