Wondering whether it is legit or not. No markings, dull black interior -will it be safe?- Very light lid that fits - has a scratch- knob held by new screw.

Google Lens finds a bunch that variously have similar characteristics, but not one with all the same. Odd that yours has damage and signs of use, but an intact label.
