Your hammered piece is often called an "ugly hammered skillet". The manufacturer is not known and they are sometimes a little heavy for their size.
As for the bowl, I had one last year that looked like yours and it was marked Wilton.

Thanks for the reply. Interesting they call it the ugly pan because I bought it because I thought it was a good looking piece.
There may be some markings in the bowl, I'll let you know when I get it in the tank next week.
