Double marked lid?

I pulled this lid out of the lye tank today and saw the markings on the inside for the first time. Is there any significance with the numbers being duplicated? Common?

It is the lid to a Lodge 4 quart saucepan. I don't think it's double marked, I think it represents a #4, 4 quart. Here is a link to a picture of the saucepan. I just sold the 3-3 quart lid. It's a nice score.

Awesome! I still wonder about the two #7?

I'm not sure what that is about but it wouldn't surprise me if the lid also fit a #7 Dutch oven.
