DuChro

First post and a howdy there.

Quick question. Would you have left a Griswold, LBL, No. 10, DuChro with 3/16" downward warp sitting on the shelf for someone else to purchase?

Quick answer, Yes. That is just me.

Quick question, skillet or griddle?

3/16" is not all that bad for a general user as long as you remember that it is a spinner. You should not have an issue using it with electric or gas stove. Glass top stove and a spinner not fun, as it might walk around on you. Between the glass top and the skillet heating up you will have some movement.

Also what is the condition of the DuChro?

Welcome to the forum. What brings you here and what do you collect? Show us your finds, we like photos. Enjoy.

If the chrome and nickel plating are in excellent shape and or if you want to display it and of course the price was reasonable....why not. I have several pieces that I have purchased simply due to the fact that they are nice display and conversation pieces.
One has to decide sometimes if a piece meets their goals of a collection and what they want to do with it.

Welcome and good luck with your collection efforts.

I picked this pan up for 7 bucks because I didn't have a chrome pan and knew I could use it on my camp chef stove without fear.
Chrome is typical for age I guess, solid exterior besides some wear through just below the LBL, and worn slap out on the cooking surface and about 3/4 inch up the walls.

I'm not much into "bling", but I couldn't pass it up.
