Dutch oven ID info if possible

Saw this at a flea market with no cover. Does anyone have an idea as to the maker? Also is it worth grabbing and hoping the cover pops up sometime in the future?

It looks like a really dirty dark blue enameled Lodge DO to me but I could be wrong. I don't think it is old it's just dirty.
