E-tank ideas

I have seen a YouTube channel that had an e-tank made out of a stainless steel tub. Would this be a good idea? All the pieces are suspended in the tub.
 
It is not uncommon for those who do a high volume of pans to use such a setup. Works well, and quite easy if you have access to/can afford a suitable container. Note that it will still eventually begin to perforate after prolonged usage.

ps. Please no reader comments about stainless steel and hexavalent chromium. The caveats do not apply at these temps and voltages.
