eBay buying

eBay buying can be a challenge at best. There are many not so good stories about items and sellers and then there are some that makes one happy.

I wanted a BSR corn stick pan marked with a 7A to compare with my unmarked. Kernel to kernel. Found one on Sunday and got this Monday:

I’m impressed. A seller who communicates and cares.

I monitor ebay daily and have won 2 auctions. One for 2 griswolds(5 and 8) and a warped wagner. although the packaging was horrid it came in one piece and was well worth the $30 I spent. The second was a wagner waffle iron. Came as described for a only a few bucks. It seems as though I would have an issue risking what I consider a decent amount of money on something like CI without seeing it. So much can be wrong that pics cant tell. Its awesome you got a good seller!

I've been lucky in that I've only ran into 2 misfires on eBay. I've won 12 auctions so far and for the most part all have been great sellers. Hope all of us here always have good luck. One misfire was a #3 Wagner listed as a number 2. It had a number 2 shift mark. The other was a #10 Wagner that never got to me. The seller refunded me so it worked out.
