Found this today on ebay. I don't think it is exactly what the seller described. Do you think it is a 1056B?

No, that's a mis-labeled posting. That piece was a 1108 round handled griddle. I would venture that there is a 1056 skillet on eBay posted as a 1108 griddle

1056B would be a #6 regular skillet.
