Ebay item does not wobble and is not flat

I guess I pissed off an ebay seller enough with my questions that I was blocked from bidding on a wagner ware pie logo #14 skillet 1064. It sold for around $165 in the end.

What do you all think these 2 statements that were used to describe the skillet mean?
It does not wobble on flat surface.
Item is not flat.

Its was a #14, so I would expect some wobble.

Yes it did have a smoke ring.
So what your saying is that the smoke ring could have sit flat so it didn't wobble, but the cooking surface was not flat? Well that pretty much describes every pan with a smoke ring that I have. And for a #14 that sounds pretty good to me.
 
A flat bottom has no smoke ring wether it is flat or not. The other type of pan has a smoke ring which may or may not sit flat. The bottom inside a smoke ring may be flat or a little warped and may still allow the pan to sit flat. The grove in new Lodges doesn't count so they are flat bottom pans. If this isn't confusing enough, come back for more. I think you have it.

Well this pan is for sale again by the same seller. The buyer must have returned it.
The description is now better. It does not spin or wobble on a flat surface but it does have 1/4" downward bow. I guess the seller was able to find a straight edge to measure it.

I had a piece that was a "flat bottom" skillet, did not wobble on a flat surface, but the cooking surface was definitely not flat.

This particular skillet bowed up in the middle, looking from the top, the cooking surface was slightly convex. When you poured oil in the pan, it ran out to the sides and left the middle without oil.
