I was the winning bidder on this just today, looks like I got myself a BSR 6 wedger. I was mainly after that #3 Iron Mountain though, the #5 being an unmarked Wagner, possibly the other #3 as well.

That's my favorite part of getting such items, seeing what is revealed by cleaning. Looking at it, it seems odd there isn't a 3 on the handle.

Maybe it will be a pre-catalog number Wagner. Those smooth bottoms did not have size numbers on the top of the handles.

Other than the small P on the underside of the handle there is nothing. From how light it is and the quality maybe Wagner, the handle seems a bit different though.

If the lip is thin, without a distinct reinforcement, I'd call it an old, unmarked Wagner.

Yes it's very thin and light, lighter than the marked Wagner's I have, about the same as my Gris LL #3. It's being heated as we speak, before being oiled.
